Minerals in Egypt

Minerals in Egypt

The Sand is a natural granular material composed of finely divided rock and mineral particles. Composition of sand is highly variable, depending on the source rocks and local conditions, but the most common constituent of sand in inland continental settings and non-tropical coastal settings is silica (silicon dioxide, or SiO2), usually in the form of quartz.

The second most common form of sand is Calcium Carbonate, for example, aragonite, which was mostly made during the last half billion years, through various forms of life such as corals and mollusks. It is, for example, the basic form of sand and clear areas used by the millions of year’s ecosystem coral reef, like the Caribbean.

A layered silicate mineral with a tetrahedral paper bound through oxygen atoms to form an octahedral sheet of alumina octahedral. It is well known rocks that are rich in Kaolinite also known as kaolin or kaolin.

Dolomite  is a carbonate mineral composed of calcium magnesium carbonate CaMg(CO3)2. This term is also used to describe the Dolostone Carbonate.
The Limestone is a sedimentary rock mainly consisting of minerals calcite and aragonite, which have different crystal forms of calcium carbonate (calcium carbonate CaCO3). It is much limestone fragments of skeletons of marine organisms such as coral or foraminifera.
Limestone makes up about 10% of the total volume of all the sedimentary rocks.

Calcium Carbonate is a chemical compound having the formula CaCO3. It is a common substance found in rocks all over the world, and is the main component of shells of marine organisms, snails and coal balls, pearls, and eggshells. Calcium carbonate is the active ingredient in agriculture and lime is made as calcium ions in hard water reacts with carbonate ions. It is usually used as a calcium supplement or as an antacid medical.

Calcium Oxide (CaO), commonly known as burnt lime and is a chemical compound which is used on a large scale. It is a white solid alkaline crystalline at room temperature. Calcium containing inorganic materials which are carbonates, oxides and hydroxides of calcium, silicon, magnesium, iron, aluminum and rule, comprise limestone.

Quartz Dust, also known as micro-silica is a polymorph of amorphous (non-crystalline) silicon dioxide. The ultra fine powder is collected as a by-product of the production of the alloy of silicon and ferro-silicon, and is composed of spherical particles having an average particle diameter of 150 nm.

Cairo Fresh deals in all types of silica minerals that are mentioned above and we can export with ease as it Silica is available in Egypt and the reserve goes over 500,000,000 million Tons. Therefore we are the one of the best Silica Exporters. Click here
